Making his Las Vegas debut, Chef Masayoshi Takayama's concept will comprise two distinct dining experiences. The restaurant's casual dining space will feature an a la carte menu of modern Japanese cuisine. Shaboo, an intimate and exclusive venue within Bar Masa, will have an ever-changing menu based on the best seasonally available ingredients. Each table will feature its own induction cooking element to create the ultimate dining experience. The restaurant, designed in collaboration with Richard Bloch, will be refined and sleek, yet aweinspiring with ceilings that soar to 35 feet.
