Pampas Churrascaria takes its name from churrasco, the South American method of grilling meat on a wood or charcoal fire, and Pampas, the region of high plains in southern Brazil where the finest cattle graze on the grasses of the land. Today the true experience of Brazil is carried on at Pampas. The finest cuts of meat simply prepared and spit-roasted over a brick rodizio to juicy perfection and choice vegetables at their peak of freshness grace the menu that is distinctly Pampas. The menu includes grilled items, such as the picanha (noble sirloin), frango (chicken), lombo (pork loin), cordiero (lamb), linguica (Brazilian sausage) and legumes (vegetables) with accompanying sides of Brazilian rice, feijoada (black bean stew), fried banana, Brazilian cheese bread or Brazilian dumplings. Chilled food selections are also available and include hearts of palm, jumbo asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, imported cheeses, smoked salmon, proscuitto and a variety of salads.
