Cannery Row Buffet in Eastside Cannery

- LunchSince I'm a Valley local, I receive coupons by mail AND I have accumulated several points for a couple of FREE buffets at the Eastside and Cannery. They have the SAME layout. BUT I don't like how the "new and improved Eastide buffet" looks. you have to walk all the way toward the entrance for the salad bar, just a weird layout of the buffet. The server gave me the wrong drink, At least at the Cannery buffet I ordered a bottle of wine. The server I had didn't know what I was talking about...go figure...She was in a hurry to say the least...you get what you pay for. Good thing I didn't pay the regular price. I've unoffically named it a "neighborhood" buffet. I have been to this buffet on numerous occasions. It's ok. It's not like a buffet on the Strip, but it will due. Especially, if you have coupons(or a cheap skate like myself) and on a tight budget.

- DinnerThe server was super nice to us. He was from California and he was very personable. The food was ok. It was Christmas and we knew the buffets were going to be a little pricey...just not THAT pricey. We didn't want to pay almost $90 at the Wynn buffet. So, after walking around aimlessly, we "settled" on the Caesar's buffet. pricey, yes.

Paradise Garden Buffet in Flamingo Las Vegas

- BreakfastHUGE breakfast buffet! I wasn't disapointed at all. I had a nice seat by the garden and I paid more attention to the Garden then my food. lol No complaints at all I was happy and enjoyed myself. The service was OK.

Anyway, not problems with this buffet. It was nice and big very roomy, didn't wait in line for very long.

Studio B Show Kitchen Buffet in M Resort

- DinnerThis buffet is H-U-G-E!! WOW. The first time I left because the line was WAAY too long and they were closing up soon. So, I had to settle for gross fast food. The second time I visited the line was long BUT I FINALLY got into the buffet. And I was shocked at how big it was. Received a discount (of course). I couldn't get enough so I went a third time. Service was great. nice, nice, nice. =)

The Buffet in Monte Carlo

- DinnerI visited this buffet twice. The first time I was ok small and not as big as some of the other buffets I'm used to. You can get around very quickly which is a good thing. The second time, I did a staycation with the Monte Carlo. When I was checking in and chatting with him for a few minutes, the front desk receptionist gave me 2 free passes for the buffet. It pays to be nice =) I like to receive free coupons.

Carnegie Deli in The Mirage

- SnackEverytime I'm at the Mirage, I HAVE TO stop at the deli. They have very good ranch dressing. Everyone behind the counter is always in a hurry, but I'm used to it. As long as my food isn't tampered with (e.g. dropped on the floor and OTHER things...hint hint). Overall it was ok. I have had the luxury of trying everything on the menu. I've tried the french fries and salads.

- Good MealEach time I visit the Aria, I HAVE to stop by the skybox. It's pretty pricey(my opinion), but the food tastes GREAT!! If you are a diehard sports fan, this is the place to go. The chicken tenders are large, the fries, and salads are all good. quick service inside the restaurant and also at the to-go counter. I just love this place. all good marks from me =D

- DinnerThis restaurant has a very nice setting and excellent service. The waiter and servers were accessible at all times of the meal. The portion size of the meals are small. So, depending on the size of your stomach, you may want to eat either BEFORE you arrive or AFTER you leave. My family and I were NOT full, so that was kind of a disapointment. Pricey to say the least. But not a bad restaurant. The staff was friendly. Atmosphere was very nice. As long as the staff chatted with us, and the service was nice no bad review from me... =)

Carnival World Buffet in Rio

- DinnerI would see billboards after billboard about the Rio (Carnival buffet). So, I finally decided to give it a try. And thank goodness I did. Nice and HUGE. Our server was awesome! Laughing and joking with me. I loved it! On my personal top 10 buffets. And of course the locals receive a half-off the dinner price... =)

- LunchThis huge buffet is good so you'd better be hungry.
I wanted to comment on the Tina Martini show that we went to last Thursday, August 19, 2010. You'd better be really, really interested in cooking if you go to this. I was bored. The chef seemed nice enough. A little silly but nice. She cooked clams which stunk to high heaven. I almost had to leave because of the smell. Felt like I might throw up. The sun dried tomatoes looked pretty good until she kept adding oil and more oil to them. Needless to say, I had no appetite by the time we were allowed to go to the buffet. Thank goodness we had free tickets because $40 is way, way too much to pay for this!!!!!! Just be aware...

- DinnerOkay, now granted, the food wasn't horrid but we waited 35 minutes in line on a Tuesday might!! That alone will make us never return. We also watched one of the hostesses, who was bringing silverware and napkins to set up a table, DROP the napkins and then pick them up off the floor and proceed to set the table with dirty napkins!!!! Gag!!! Made me wonder about our napkins big time... Anyway, the food was just average, nothing special, nothing outstanding. Next time they send us free coupons we will not be wasting our time.

- BreakfastOh my gosh! Large appetites eat here! I ate two meals here, and didn't finish either one. I can highly recommend the flapjacks! Plain or any variety, they are HUGE! As big as a Frisbee! The fluffiest ever! Great value too! The other meal I ate was the Basic Breakfast. Also large, and very tasty! Fun atmosphere. Everyone around me was taking pictures of their meals, because they were interesting in how they were served and displayed. Fun place, good food!!! *****

- DinnerFood was delicious! Fairly priced, which is rare in Vegas, in my opinion! Fairly good service, fun atmosphere! Music was a little loud for my taste, and an odd genre for a mexican restaurant, but ok. The salsas/chips were fantastic! Eat here, it rocks!

- DinnerDo not order the swordfish and lobster stuffing. No lobster, just generic stuffing. Was there August 2010. Small portiions to boot with a few slices of peppers and sauce. A real rip off, I wasn't even sure they brought me what I ordered. For $50+ per person, I expected much more. We even had a coupon from restaraunt.com and still cost too much. Do not go. Do not reoommend.

I had all-u-can eat Sushi and my husband had a combination platter with Teriyaki Chicken and teriyaki salmon and a california roll.
I tried some of his.
thier spicy tuna is really good. just spicy enough...
I REALLY recommend this restaurant if you like exotic Japanese food, are in the mood for fish, healthy, fresh, and reasonable prices!
they also have a variety of Japanese beers!
Great vibes in the atomosphere, the server was FRIENDLY, SMILED and spoke English well.

- Good MealVery good meal. Bone-in-ribeye was excellent. Not too fatty, and I usually get a filet. Cream Corn was also excellent. Ceasar Salad was good, but grilled mushrooms were just okay. Split a huge piece of cheesecake for dessert, which was excellent. Will probably go back next trip. May try the fried chicken.
