Food is wonderful, service impeccable and over all a very enjoyable experience.

The Marrakech is one of the restaurants I as a local not only frequent, but reccomend to anyone looking for a nice evening out away from the bustle of the strip. With excellent food, great atmosphere, and incredible service, Marrakech is definitely something you do not want to miss.

A great place to eat. We wanted to try something new and it fit the bill and then some. Our waiter Sharaef (hope I spelled it correctly) was wonderful, he made us feel welcome and did a super job at the same time. The food was great and consisted of a six course meal which was superb. We will make it a point to visit again when in Vegas.

The main reason why I'm writing about Marrakech Restaurant is because of its atmosphere. It is a perfect establishment, in the sense that it offers you an experience unlike any other you would find on the strip. I recently visited Vegas for the first time this past July with about ten of my friends from New Jersey. After dinner, I met up with my friends and one of them asked me how it was. I told him the following: "Take all of your first impressions of the Strip and turn them completely upside down. That is Marrakech." Plus I knew the owner. Regardless, it was something special and something I will always remember because of its unconventionalism.

A very interesting meal of Moroccan food. Served in a room made up to look like tent form the Arabian Nights complete with belly dancers, this was a fun meal.

They serve a fixed menu that has six courses. The night we were there we were served an appetizer of shrimp scampi with fresh bread to dip in the garlic butter sauce, a lentil soup with tomato base and rice, marinated and pickled vegetables with humus, lamb shish kabob, Cornish game hen, and a desert pastry with apples, dates, and walnuts, sprinkled liberally with powdered sugar. At then end of the meal your served a warm, sweet, minted tea.

The total price per person was $26.95 but there was so much food one could barely move afterwards.

My only complaint was that the seating and tables were low to the ground. After a while, my legs began to hurt from the low chairs and tables. Otherwise this was a thoroughly enjoyable meal that I would recommend to anyone with a sense of adventure.
