- Good Meal
Go Raw has two locations, and this is the better one. The streets can be confusing in this part of town. It is very far out west from the strip, so if pressed for time, go to the Go Raw near the airport.
This location closes at 9pm, and the airport location closes at 8pm.
For raw vegan food, this is a good meal. For people not familiar with raw vegan, be careful- you might not like the weird tastes, although you definitely will feel good when you leave the restaurant.
We've ordered most things on the menu by now. The "neatloaf" and pizza are good choices. Desserts are great.
Service is typical of a raw restaurant- it's not staffed by regular waitresses who are there to get you what you need quickly. Take it easy at this restaurant, and don't be in a hurry. If they forget your water or silverware, or take a long time with your order, realize they're there because they love raw food, not so much to make a buck. You might get some attitude from the staff if you request too much.
We always leave feeling good. There's something about unprocessed organic foods that makes the body work better. And in Las Vegas, a good organic meal is hard to come by!
