Great dinner,as good as anything we had in Italy.The waiter treated us like we had been long time regulars and his recomendations were on the mark.The decor is nothing to write home about but what wonderful food! The fresh cannolis were as good as they get. Can't wait to return!

Boy did this restaurant go downhill fast. The place was DEAD when we arrived on a Saturday night around 9pm. That should have been our first clue. My dad and I just wanted a bowl of pasta each. I ordered a Penne ala Vodka. It was OK....nothing special. My dad ordered Lingune Puttanesca. As soon as the words were out of my father's mouth....the waiter said "It doesnt have anchiovies". This dish is SUPPOSED to have anchovies people!! The waiter said that many patrons have asked about this....so he just comes right out and tells people that order the dish...that it is lacking the little fish. The sauce for his dish seemed like came out of a jar.....gummy and pasty. And to top it all off. They chared 7 dollars for a GLASS of their watered down HOUSE wine. Plus 3.50 for an espresso. Buona Fortuna Pasta Mia west.....your going to need it!!!

It's like a breath of fresh air with great Italian food; compared to the other commercialized places to eat on Vegas Strip and surrounding area! I'm 100%Italian and I know how Italian food should taste. Our dining experience at Pasta Mia's was fantastic and was about as close to my own mother's cooking as I could have ever dreamed of! My parents are first generation from Rome Italy! Keep-up the great work my good fellas!!

I have recently visited Las Vegas, and have experienced a very fine italian restaurant,Pasta Mia, the food was excellent the best italian food I ever had in a very long time, it was recommended to me, the service was exquisite and the staff was very personable and enjoyable, I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family one of the top restaurants in las vegas, it is worth coming back and giving my patronage

At the suggestion of anoither local, we dined here for my son's birthday. The meal was
slightly above average, a lot of oil with the chicken, bread was out of a bag and the sauce
out of a jar. The senior waiter was berating another waiter ongoingly (shouild have been
done in the back away from the customers) . Our server was very efficient and helpfull in
all respects. Had better Italian meals at a few hotel restaurants. Doubt if we shall return.
