The food was very good. The service was impeccable. The prices are a little high but you get soup or salad, potato and vegetables with the meal price. I know this is not possible but I would like to see them not allow children under twelve to be in this nice restaurant. There was a crying baby in the bar. Unbelievably crowded in the halls of Circus Circus! Not a fun walk!! Just be prepared!

All reviews rated it high and we were not disappointed. Excellent service, and
top quality aged beef. Better value than some steak houses since sides are
included in price.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD!!!

The Steak House has somehow survived from the days when Circus Circus was new and hadn't become the tacky, child infested, low-roller joint it is today. Inside it's all rich, muted woods and leather and nothing like the building that surrounds it. The filet I had was a wonderful piece of meat, the onion soup was a little bland but palatable, and the huge baked potato was served with chives, sour cream, bacon bits, and butter all on the side -- very old school steakhouse style. The bread basket was wonderful, too. Service was unobtrusive and usually quick. Next time I'm in Vegas I'll try and get back here if they haven't imploded the hotel by then.

best steak house! Ha! The ribye was chewy and rather flavorless. Nothing horrible just not impressed. Plus you have to walk through the circus circus to get there. the restaurant was packed with white trash. I mean, jean shorts and a baseball hat with a dirty t-shirt, they really should enforce some sort of dress code. Just not worth the price. Try Binion's instead.

Six of us ate here after my wedding. We had reservations for 9pm. We arrived 15 minutes early and they sat us right away. We all had either surf and turf or just steak. We split some appetizers and all split some desserts. Everyone had drinks, plus we had 2 bottles of champagne(cheap stuff! that we prefer!) The bill came to $450 which included a %20 tip. I had the surf and turf. Lobster was excellent! Filet was the best steak I have ever had in my entire life! I have never eaten a steak that comes remotely close to this! OMG!!! Service was impeccable. Friendly, professional, always there, but not up your butt. Excellent! You wouldn't know this place was in the dreaded CC except some of the clientele were dressed like slobs. Some guy had a tank top on. They should have more of a dress code even if it is located at CC. Here I am in my Wedding dress and all my guests are dressed up and here is this loser that I have to stare at his underarm hair. GROSS!! Get some class! anyway, I will eat here again and again!!

My brother and I both ordered Porterhouse steaks and we both noticed that the filet side was o.k. but the sirloin strip side was bad. The waiter walked by as we were just beginning to eat our steaks and were eating the good sides and we never saw him again until after some other wait staff guy had rudley taken away all our plates with the evidence of bad steak prior to the waiter coming around with the bill. I figured it was too late then to complain too much, but I did tell him our steaks were not good and not worth what we had paid. He simply ignored us and gave us the bill. I would never go back.

You cant beat the price for a good steak. Just dont look around when you walk in the hotel and all is good.

This place is as good as advertised. Our meal was outstanding and the portions were very generous, not the usual small steak big price. If you have never eaten here treat yourself to a wonderful meal at the steak house. 4 adults with 2 bottles of wine and desert $225 + tip. Best steak dinner I have had in a long time. Check it out before they tear this old historic casino down too.
