We both ate the Chimichanga platter. The nachos and salsas, the entrees, the drinks, the atmosphere, the service, the price... we were satisfied with everything this restaurant had to offer. We stayed a the Rio for four nights, and the Bamboleo was a really nice part of our experience. We wanted to eat at the buffets, but the lines were too long. The mexican food was just right!

This was our 3rd time here. Food was good and prices are reasonable. Had the tortilla soup and fish tacos. Good magaritas and homemade chips and salsa. used reward credits to pay for meal. Will come back here again

I love Mexican food. This place did a great job. Plus, catching the beads while waiting to be seated was the best part. I also love the 32 oz Margarita's.

This is a VERY good Mexican place. Great salsas (four different ones) exceptionally well prepared classics and a few more obscure dishes that also shine. But do NOT play blackjack in this clip joint...they have decided to cheat the suckers by quietly changing the rules of 21 so they only pay 6 to 5 on Blackjack (and, even more outrageously, EVEN MONEY on some tables). This amounts to theft. Go in, get the great Mexican, party at the great Voodoo lounge, but BOYCOTT the ripoff casino!!

We wanted Mexican and we were at the Rio, so we tried this place. Terrible service, put good food. Hot sauce pretty good, not hot but good. Lots of food for the money. We'll probably eat there again.

Had lunch at the Bamboleo and it was GREAT! My wife and I took advantage of the 10.00 lunch special which came with tortilla strip soup (highly recommended)followed by a tasty (and huge) combo plate that we couldn't finish. While I'm at it, I get real tired of seeing comments of a place like this where the reviewer has to whine ("That's not how we do things in Texas")--no one gives a crap how you do things in the Great State of Texas. Don't listen to whiners like this, just come and enjoy like we did!

I can't describe how bad they treated my family. If you want exactly what is on the menu it's okay. I think they should get a new manager. He was rude!!!!!

I really enjoyed my lunch here. I had a burrito with rice and beans on the side, and it was all fantastic. They also bring chips with 3 kinds of salsa. Service was spotty but the food made up for it. It’s also pretty cheap and definitely worth checking out.
