Cosmos Ristorante is one of those hidden gems just one block off the Vegas strip. There is no place like it in all of Vegas and the atmosphere is very refreshing after hearing slots and folks talking over each other all day long. The portions are very generous and the owner, Tony Cosmo is very passionate about sticking to the old-fashioned italian way of cooking. Airline industry folks frequent there regularly and who knows better about restaurants than travel folks? I suggest his chicken parmesian, Italian Sausage hero and for those health concious die-hards. You will not find a better salad for your money. You heard it from me first. Cosmos Ristorante is the best kept secret in all of Vegas. Go see for yourself.
