Always wonderful always fresh. Their Baja Ensalada is our favorite. I get mine without meat, but most people would think the one with the chicken would be best. The dressing has way too much black pepper, so pour it off the top and leave the residual pepper in the bottom of the cup. Their shrimp tacos (mild) are to die for. Everything else is wonderful also, except their regualar size quesadilla, which I thought had way too much cheese, but some might like that too
