My family and I always go to Bally's Steakhouse when we are in Vegas, we used to have an amayzing dinning experience on Janury 2008 we were very disappointted with the service and the meal.The steak wasn't cook as we request,the baked potato was cold and the tomatoes from the salad weren't fresh.Also the manager stayed at the front door talking to his assistent manager instead check on us and the rest of the guests. The Steakhouse isn't the same steakhouse as used to be 5 years ago.

We are from Canada. We usually stay at Paris but we never go to Vegas without having dinner at Bally's Steak House. The food is consistently good but the service is consistently better, from the time you walk in the door. It has an "old school" feel. We love the place.

WE STAYED AT BALLY'S AGAIN THIS YEAR AND ATE AGAIN AT THEIR STEAKHOUSE. MY WIFE AND I BOTH HAD THE RACK OF LAMB. NOT A HUGE PORTION BUT MEATY AND DELICIOUS. WE SPLIT THE HUGE BAKED POTATO WITHOUT A HASSLE FROM THE SERVER. VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I HAD A DELICIOUS CAESAR SALAD. PRICEY, BUT NOT OUT OF LINE WITH OTHER TOP SHELF RESTAURANTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

- Good Meal
We ate here because we were staying at the hotel and had a good meal. We split a salad, soup and a baked potato but ordered separate entrees. They split everything onto separate plates for us without any complaints and without us even having to ask which was really nice. It is not cheap but the portions and quality were good.

Mediocre food, rude service. Not a good combination. $6.00 baked potato was microwaved and cold. Steaks were very fatty - not expected when they are $35 a plate ala carte. This restaurant used to be very good, but has gone down hill in a big way. The steakhouse at the Paris next door is far superior.

EXCELLENT MEAL. MY BAKED POTATO WAS SERVED HOT AND WAS HALF THE SIZE OF THE STATE OF IDAHO. EXCELLENT STEAK DINNER. GREAT SERVICE. IF ANYONE HAD A BAD MEAL WHY DID YOU NOT TELL THE MANAGEMENT? AT THESE PRICES YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEMAND A GOOD MEAL.BUT I THINK A BAD MEAL IS AN EXCEPTION

Had dinner at Bally's Steakhouse 12/03. First time visiting one of the nicer restaurants in the hotel after many visits to the buffet, coffee shop, etc. Very personable waiter made the experience fun. Sophisticated ambiance though they didn't make you feel unwelcome if you came in wearing jeans and sneakers. Steak was great -- on par with most high end steak places.

SEE MY REVIEW UNDER BALLYS BUFFET FOR THE STEAKHOUSE STERLING BRUNCH... My overall impression of dinner at the Steakhouse was it was "good" , definatly not great. Food, service, atmosphere, everything was acceptable , but in a city full of incredible Steakhouses, there are much better options. If you're in the hotel , and want a nice steak dinner, stroll over to Paris and go to Les Artistes Steakhouse for a better experience. I'll still rate this a good meal, which it was, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it over other steakhouses in town. The Sterling Brunch is a different story...
