You are definitely helping to pay the mortgage for the LV Hilton when you dine here. Typical entree's cost $45 - $55, for a basic Japanese entree' with a side salad. The place is beautiful, but for a Benihana, the menu is quite limited. With the exception of choosing what type of meat you prefer, virtually all dishes are prepared the same. Steak, Shrimp, Chicken, or Fish grilled at your table with grilled vegetables seasoned basically with soy sauce. Nothing exotic at all. I've dined in several other Benihana restaurants, including downtown Chicago, and the food is the same, just much higher prices at the LV Hilton.

We stay at the Hilton twice a year when we`re in town for the drag races, so Benihanas is an easy and convinient choice for dinner. Seems everytime I`m there I get the steak/lobster tail combo, and you don`t get much lobster for your $42, but the food is good and the table show is always entertaining. The lounge area is a nice spot to enjoy a cocktail or two before being seated, and I can`t forget to mention the authentic sake is outstanding.

NO MATTER what city I am in Benihanas has the best food and the best service. Tried Hamada of Japan and the only thing good about it was the show..Everytime I go to Benihanas I walk away feeling satisfied..PLUS the price is about $20 cheaper than HOJ and the food way better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL, the "Geisha" looking waitresses are friendly and authentic looking and the food was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend Benihana's to anyone that is looking for great food, beautiful surroundings and it's also a place to meet new people.

I enjoyed absolutely everything about the meal I had here. Presentation, quality, service and particularly the fact that I didn't pay. (Was treated by a friend).
I am back in Vegas in May, and will be re-visiting along with other places that I have enjoyed on my previous two visits. Sambas (Mirage), Gallaghers (NY,NY)to name two.
Hope fully I will enjoy it as much when I have to put my hand in my own pocket to pay.

Great atmosphere. Once you walk in from the casino, it seems to relax you. The food tastes so good, I would eat it served on a trash can lid. The portions leave a little to be desired but I guess that makes you want more. I only used the skull and crossbones icon because of how heavy metal rock and roll awesome this place is. At least in my opinion.
