Probably the best authentic Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. It is a little pricey but this is due to the fact
that they ONLY use the freshest ingredience. I am a native Las Vegan and this has been a family and
neighborhood favorite for years. I fact it is where we go for special occations or when we just want to

I do not recommend the Alfredo, the chef had difficulties with what was perhaps the most basic dish on the menu. Sauce had the consistency of water, noodles were well overcooked, and the cheese made the bottom of the dish a solid mass, oh yeah and looked more like soup with the ridiculous ratio of sauce to pasta. Very dissatisfying considering the 4-top check ran up to $165(wine). Not to mention they discriminate. Recommend Fazoli's over café Chloe.    12095

Wonderful "hidden" gem. Being fairly new in town, I wanted to find a great Italian
restaurant. More than once I was told to go to Cafe Chloe and I was so glad I did.
Situated at the corner of a small strip mall, the place only has about fifteen tables. A bit
cramped but friendly and comfortable, one could tell when waiting for a table that it was a
heralded spot by the locals. It had that buzz that intimated good food was at hand and it
did not disappoint. I had my favorite Italian dish, linguine with white clam sauce and it
was done perfectly, with delicious al dente pasta and wonderful clam sauce. My friend's
osso buco was declared fabulous. If you want great food and an atmsosphere that is
small, unassuming, yet with a touch of comfortable, neighborhood class, this place is
worth the wait.    11276
