Classic case of getting too big of an ego and letting everything go south. Back when Capriotti's was a single property restaraunt they were awesome. Once they started branching out to multiple locations I could see the typical cost-cutter pattern evolve: first the prices went up, then the portions were cut down, and that was soon followed by cheaper quality ingredients. Now it's just a place for herding the cattle to feed that don't know any better...
