- Good Meal
I am a local and I eat here all the time. We found the place by other locals. This has the best Dim Sum I have every had anywhere. The prices are moderate though at the moment the Dim Sum prices are $1.80 per item Monday thru Thrusday. Dim Sum is served everyday from 11am to 3pm. Chang's also serves traditional Chinese dishes and they are great too. The fried rice there is wonderful and not greasy. Chang's is always busy so it is best to be there early! If you have never eaten Dim Sum I would highly reccommend this place.
