She came, she took our order... and we never saw her again! She didn't even bring our food, someone else did. If you are not staying in this hotel, it's a long walk through shops, etc to find the restaurant. I would never visit this restaurant again.

We ate several meals at the Paradise, always breakfast and sometimes lunch. Good selection, good service, large portions. Their prime rib meal was delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my favorite place to eat during our stay. The only drawback I could see is that the tables are too crowded together.

DO NOT EAT HERE! We were staying in the hotel so decided to have breakfast one morning - BIG MISTAKE! My friend ordered a mushroom and swiss omelet made with CANNED MUSHROOMS. Coffee was vile. Pancakes and waffle both under-cooked. And prices were outrageous. Our server came over and told us our drinks were on their way, only to have a hostess approach and ask for our drink order - which was never received. Will never eat here again.

DO NOT EAT HERE! We arrived at 7pm for dinner. There was no one in line yet we were made to wait while the hostess gossiped with a waitress about another waitress. We sat there for 20 minutes before our waitress showed up. Meanwhile other people came, were seated and waited on. When I complained, the wait staff said I was told that we were not at their table. It got so bad that other customers started complaining on our behalf! When our waitress finally arrived (where had she been, taking a nap?)we ordered two salads. Seems pretty easy but she managed to mess up our orders and bring us the wrong thing.

If you are looking for someplace to eat at the Las Vegas Hilton, I recommend the Margaritta Grille. We had a wonderful experience there. Stay away from the Paradise Cafe!

The menu items were very reasonably priced and the staff was very nice. However, the long black hair that was entwined in the tomatoes on my hamburger turned my stomach. I didn't complain, I just moved them over to my bread plate. My husband ordered pasta that came with garlic bread. He said the garlic bread tasted like french toast with garlic on it. Perhaps, they used the same flipper to flip it as they did with french toast.

SUPERB MEAL FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.

Upon entering this establishment, the atmosphere was very dull and noninspiring. Not being one to care about such things, I just wanted to order my food. I ordered a chicken and my wife a fish dish. Both tasted like warmed up HungryMan TV dinners. I would expect such quality from a roadside diner, but this is ridiculous in LV, especially at a large respected hotel. Service wasn't so great either, neither were the prices! Stay away.

This restaurant is terrible!! We visited for a quick dinner on new years day 2003. The waiter was rude and the chicken was raw. It was very overpriced and nobody around us appeared to be enjoying their meal. It's disappointing that a hotel chain as established as Hilton provide this level of service.

My husband had the 1/2 lb burger and I had the late night turkey and mashed potatoes. Food was excellent as well as our service!!
