Every time we go to Vegas (about once of twice a year) we always eat at ESPN Zone.....the best burgers ever. This last time, in April 07, we had a few problems. Could have been the fact that we were seated in the middle of a shift change? Who knows....at any rate, our order was not turned in. We got our drinks & and onion rings appetizer (yumm-o) but then waited over an hour for our burgers. The manager who seated us happened by and asked how our burgers were. He was shocked that we had not gotten them yet. He found out that our order had not been turned in. We finally got our burgers....then the wait for the check. After 15 minutes of waiting for the check, we had enough. We had been there for 2 1/2 hours....from 4:00-6:20, We talked with another manager....as we talked to him, our waitress appeared with our check. The manager took the check and did some checking into our problem. He came back and said that the entire bill was comped. Just for that reason, we will go back to ESPN Zone again for dinner. It would have been more understandaable had we been there at a peak time...but 4:00 on a Wednesday????? C'mon!!!! The food, though, is good. That makes it worthwhile.    18975

Interesting atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The food is good but, to be honest, we mostly go there for a nice dessert (ice cream on a big choc chip cookie) mmmmm    14626
