Full Review of Everything from the diner to the food! VERY VERY GOOD! A MUST READ IF YOU WANT THE SCOOP!
Service- Connie and Wayne are amazing family friendly people (they are the owners), I met them In July08, when I returned in August (separate vacations) they remarkably remembered me. Where I was from and how many people I had with me the first visit. They made the food promptly, and catered to us as customers!

First Impressions- When I walked in I thought to my self "man I really hope this place is good, because my friend wont like me dragging them to a deli, when all they care about is drinking. When I first walked in, we were the only guest, their daughter was watching Cartoons, (I thought to myself you got to be kidding I really don't want to watch this & im sure my friends will complain).I was with 3 party guys who love sports. So I ordered and once I sat down to eat, My friends were discussing sports on the TV. the owners changed the channels to sports. That is some un-spoken service. So I gave them a plus real quick for noticing attention to their customers, Who they know absolutely nothing about, Very nice touch!
Thats a lot to me for a owner to recognize that and act without hesitating.

Personalty- When I ordered my food @ the counter, Connie introduce her self along with her husband as the owner and operator of the company. I felt really welcome since I drove out from SF, and don't have any friends out in Vegas. I felt as if i knew these people my whole life, and they were welcoming me into their home as if i was a family friend.

Environment- The Place is amazingly clean. The floors, the counters, the outside, the kitchen from what you can see when ordering.
CLEANLINESS is a must and so many companies miss that. If you go to a restaurant and walk in the bathroom and its a mess; they have no soap, old counter/toilets, what does that say about the people who work their? Well the bathroom (and, yes I am goin there!) Was spotless too. They had febreeze, lotion & tissues, available after you wash your hands. Those are the little things that make your experience feel as if your in good hands. I trust and feel confident that the owners really care about serving you to the best of their ability!

AND NOW THE FOOD!!!
So I ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich (ORDER THAT), I can tell you right now I hate when you get a deli sandwich and all you can taste is the bread. Well finding out after talking to Connie(owner). They get their bread fresh daily and even mid-day if they must. The Chicken was so tender & perfectly cooked, the mixture of mayo, spices and that secret kick was Amazing, the veggies were so fresh, crispy, flavorful, and full of their natural juices along with outstanding bread that is so soft, its almost like dough. Its the perfect combination! I cant remember ever & I mean ever having a sandwich that good in my 25 years of living! If So its definitely in my top 3! My friend also order the bacon sandwich and I tried a little piece of his bacon. (95% of restaurant I go cant cook bacon. At least to the point where its crispy, but not over cooked) and I must say Eat Em Sandwiches is amongst that 5%!
Now I did get the French dip, and the penne roast beef and have to say they are good for what they are but not the best. The other thing upon my 3rd visit, a guest I brought bought something like a Phillie melt but with a lot of fresh vegetables and that was amazing. big'ol chunks of grilled bell peppers, covered in stringy melted cheese in an almost hotdog style bun all toasted and with more amazing flavor from their spices!
ohh my mouth is watering thinking about it. MAN was it Good!!! ohh and last when you order all you get is a sandwich, but believe me 3 really big twenty year growing boys, walked away stuffed.

So for a out of towner who wants a solid sandwich, whether your bring family, go on a date, bring your drunk irresponsible friend, or just want a nice little quiet place for great food by yourself. Eat Em Sandwiches is the place to go!!! SO my hat is off to you, WAYNE & CONNIE for an amazing lil restaurant. I will tell all I know to go to Eat Em Sandwiches.

Only complaint there is not one in Northern California! Forget the gambling I cant wait to come back to Vegas For Eat Em!

The food is wonderful; the place is great; and the staff and Owners are incredible!!

Great sandwiches and a very friendly atmosphere. I'll have to save up my puns for my return trip so that Don & I can go at it again. Maggie, Don and the crew always made me feel welcome and I highly recommend Eat 'Em for an excellent meal.

Great place, very friendly folks and a nice, family environment! I would absolutely go there again!

Very friendly people run the EAT 'EM establishment - the food is prepared fresh with a great menu choice and all at a good price - even the menu has a nice touch of humour - definitely worth a visit (and a repeat visit!) - oh and if you just happen to like aircraft its the place to be - excellent photo's to be taken of landings on 25L.

Nothing special about this place. Pastrami was salty, the tuna gooey and fishey tasting. You can get the same quality at Subway for half the price.

Abosutely the best food in Las Vegas. The location is perfect and Maggie is wonderful! (So is her hubby (hehe) Just ask our 15 month old daughter Jasmine...... she knows!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the fantastic eating experience!!!!!!!

Wonderful people with "Back East" friendliness and great food. This is THE ONLY place in Vegas to get an authentic Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Maggie is the best! The sandwiches are very big with at least three times the meat of most other sandwich places. This is not a "chain" sub shop!

A very special and unique sandwich shop. The sandwich's are very generously filled with the good stuff you want to have in them. Combine that with great friendly service and it keeps you coming back.
