The food was awesome -- best place we ate while we were in Vegas. The price was not unreasonable for what we had. Our biggest complaint was the location -- it was hard to get to if you're staying on the Strip. The server was a little slow. Definitely worth the trouble to visit for the quality of food.

Love eating there when I visit Las Vegas. The clams on a half shell taste cool and fresh. Can't wait to go back

Fantastic Gulf Oysters.......huge, impeccably fresh and shucked to order. The VERY BEST New England
Clam Chowder I've ever eaten Thick, buttery and creamy loaded with with perfectly cooked clams and a
few potatoes. I've never had better. Great value also.......a dozen oysters $15.95 and the chowder
(huge bowl) was $ 595. Big Al's is the REAL DEAL.....no need to go to New Orleans for a great Oyster
Bar. We ate there 3 times over a 4 day stay.

New Orleans style oyster bar with cajun style food. Absolutely the best Manhattan clam chowder I ever tasted.

My wife and I don't eat oysters. However, we always go for the Clam Chowder. It is excellent.

Whenever we are in Vegas (once or twice a year) we ALWAYS eat here. We stay on the strip but never miss a chance at eating the wonderful Etoufee and Cajun Pasta. Great service, excellent value, eat here. That is all I can say. EAT HERE!

Had a shooter, a beer and the oyster pan roast. Without doubt, the best mean I had the entire vacation. A bonus is sitting at the bar and watching the cooks do their magic. What a wonderous experience!!

1st trip: Had the seafood gumbo, wife had the "original" gumbo. Also ordered the shrimp cocktail for appetizer as well as an oyster shooter. My gumbo was awesome.. location is great, good casual atmosphere.
2nd trip: Had the Etouffee, which was good, oysters on the half shell, and
another oyster shooter. All was good. 2 people can share one dish during lunch.
3rd trip: Original gumbo was great. Boston clam chowder superb. I didn't like the lump crab appetizer much. Service wasn't as great as before.
