- Bad Meal
Won't be back. Had to ask for both bread and steak knives that turned out to be dull anyway. Of the three people in our party, 2 had to send back steaks that were cold, and one baked potatoe was bad in the middle that had to be replaced. Was very loud and hard to hold a conversation. Go elsewhere for a steak or prime rib. I'd go to Outback before I'd go back here.

Can't comment on the prime rib, but the special of the day was a 12oz filet mignon and shrimp. The meal was outstanding. The baked potato came with everything and the server actually mixed it at the table. Nice touch. I'd go back here again.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Everytime I visit I eat here. The food is fantastic and the value is amazing.

The food was below average, the house specials is prime rib I ordered the larget cut the 20.00 piece. I had to send it back twice because it was not given to me the way i ordered it. When i got it, the flavor of the meat needed help it tasted like boiled in water and set on my plate. It had no flavor. the mashed potatoes were cafeteria style with the typical brown gravy. The shrimp cocktail was five shrimps with sauce. The whole experice had no Wow factor. Also the prime rib was very tough not tender I would not use this as an inexpensive alternative to going to Lawry's That's prime rib.

truly a vegas lost treasure. i hate to brag this place up for fear i'll have to wait in line longer. THE place to go for prime rib. cajun style is just exellent. very reasonable prices. great atmosphere. excellent food and service. make reservations!!!! has to be one of the best deals in vegas. i highly recommend this place. shrimp cocktail or onion rings on a tree. i'm getting hungry just thinking about it. orleans overall a good place to play video poker and good looking waitresses.

We like this place although the service can often be slow and disorganized.
We find the food quality to be very high and this trip was no exception- two "Orleans cut" prime ribs, perfectly done, baked potato overstuffed with sourcream, butter, chives and bacon along with the very reasonably priced carafe of house cabernet. The appetizer of hot spinach and cheese dip is great and while I've never had room, the desserts look good. My son and I had the prime rib and my wife had a maple crusted salmon that she said was great.
Total tab was $62.

We ate there in March. We had a reservation for 8pm and it was very busy. Despite reservation still and to wait for a while- and there was nowhere for mum(who walks with a stick) to sit and wait- could have sat at the bar those chairs are too hight for her! Another party had someone with a walker and no offer of a chair whilst they waited for her either!
When seated service was very good on the whole.We ordered a tower of Onion rings for starters, and then had soup as I'm not a salad person! Unfortunatly the soup was asparagus and I'm not an asparagus soup person either. The bread rolls were fresh and hot with indivdual pressed butter pats (cute!)I had the prime rib, Mum had the rib English style. Both served with a massive jacket potato. I ordered my rib medium- and it arrived moo-ing, I just cannot eat food that bleeds when you touch it. Server noticed immediately I wasnt happy and despite my "English reserve :roll: " it was sent back to be replaced with a piece that was dead and cooked! Another minor hitch was despite ordering coffee, the assistant waiter delivered tea -again back it went.
OK there were a few hitches, but we still had a wonderful meal and we plan to go back again when we are there again!
