- Bad Meal
On March 24th of 2005, My wife ordered a Calzone and Bucket of Wings for delivery at 4:00 pm. She was told it would be about 45 minutes. No problem, although we live exactly one mile from the restaurant and it was a Thursday, and there were no special events going on. And we waited...and waited. At 5:05, 20 minutes after the order was promised, my wife finally called back and was told that the delivery driver hadn't picked up the order yet, but it was okay because the order would be "re-heated" (this is where we all say "yuck" together!) At 5:30, when the order still had not been delivered, my wife called back again and talked to "Mike" and said she wanted to cancel our order. He told her that the delivery driver was on his way and she would have to turn him away at our door herself. 25 minutes later, at 5:55pm, (and a reminder...we only live ONE mile away!!!) the delivery driver showed up with God knows what in his thermal bag (2 hour old calzone...yum, yum!). When I called Villa Pizza and asked who I could complain to, I was given to Mike, who said his last name was Anthony. He seemed indifferent (gee...wouldn't kmow it by the service) and when I asked how I could contact Carmine, the company's founder, Mike informed me that Carmine was no longer in the business and that he was Carmine's nephew. HOLY CRAP! Those genes sure took a wrong turn! The Carmine I knew was nothing but service and customer oriented, That's what grew his business. Now? I'll never do business with Villa again. Nor can I recommend it. Damn shame, Mike Anthony. You're Carmine's legacy.

We eat here often. Usually just get the large pie. Best pizza since new york. Great taste. We go back again and again.

First you order a pizza with half mushroom half pepperoni they charge you for two toppings. One large pizza came to over 23.00. Obsurd. Prices are ridiculous. Been going there for years. I will still go to the one at the mall. Less expensive
