- Good Meal
Master Chef BJ gave us the time of our lives with his entertaining way of presenting the grilled entrees. We just wanted to eat but ended up watching his free culinary show. Totally great way of experiencing Las Vegas away from the busy strip.
Will recommend to everybody.

I went for the all you can eat sushi. Although they don't have as big of a variety as some other sushi restaurants like sushi-mon, they did have a decent variety and the food was fresh and great tasting and the service was definitely nice. I would go back but just keep in mind they don't have as big of a variety of sushi rolls.

Off the beaten track a few miles from the strip is without a doubt the best sushi/sashimi ever. I arrived early(this place gets hopping) and had the 'all-you-can-eat'special. Everything was very fresh,tender and extremely tasty. My sushi chef Winston-san prepared anything I wanted quickly and we chatted while watching a ball game. I could have gorged myself, but I ate to satisfaction and will carry that memory for a lonnng time. The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. I would drive the 5 hours from home just to eat here again. This is the best..nothing comes close..don't even try.

Hikari is, by far, my favorite sushi restaurant in Las Vegas. The service is superb and it feels as if you have your own staff of servers who never leave you wanting or needing for anything. The sushi is the freshest around and the sushi chefs are always willing to create something new just for you. The AYCE is very reasonable and the teppanyaki menu is also phenomenal. The sukiyaki steak and blended crab are an excellent value and their miso soup and house salad are excellent. Hikari is one of my top 3 restaurants in Vegas and I'm on my way out the door now to go enjoy!!

This is mine and my husbands new sushi place. Our schedules dont allow us to eat dinner together until after 11pm which most restaurants close at that time. But this restaurant has excellent food great service and is open until 2am so we dont have to rush to eat. Definetly a must try sushi bar,

All you can eat sushi $23. Great deal! They will make you just about anything you want and all is super fresh. Also, no silly restrictions or time limits on the AYCE! If they arent too busy they don't mind if you take your time, in fact they encourage it. Try the Tornado roll (tempura shrimp + assorted fishes wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber) and all the traditional faves like Spider, Yum-Yum and anything you like. Great sushi chefs will make you a 'specialty' roll, just tell them what kinda fish you like and they will create you a special unique roll. Just a great place!

For any Sushi lovers, this is THE place to go! Where else can you find good quality, freshly made-to-order Sushi (good selection) at a Sushi bar, with a friendly staff, for $22.95?! Just one catch: You better bring your appetite, since it's all you can eat (& stuff yourself) at that price. :)
