Did the drive-thru at lunch, so I can't say much about the atmosphere. Was surprised they asked if I would be eating in my car. Asked them why they asked. They said that if I was, they would provide a placemat and put the food in an open box I could put on my lap. Nice touch. The service was very friendly (and much nicer than I found at a nearby Fatburger). I only had a burger and soda, so I can't comment on their locally cut french fries. The burger was good, although not much different than, let's say, a Wendy's. The place does have character, the food is good, and I would go back. Even if just for the very friendly service.
