After reading great review at http://pie.im/f763 I tried its Vegas edition.
I agree that it might been a bit pricey in general but if you tried their meatballs ... you`ll keep coming back again and again. Excellent!

Month Visited: 01/08 - Bad Meal

This place is terrible. Way overpriced for Italian food. Service is just Ok. The noise level is so bad you can't talk to the person next to you. Stay away!

Cafe Martorano in Rio - For Dinner

Month Visited: 01/08 - Good Meal

Been to this place twice to dine. Once in Sept of 07 and once in Jan of 08. LOVED it both times. Very good italian food. Probably best and most authentic in Las Vegas. Being a Las Vegas resident, we dine out twice a month to the many rest. here in town. As an FYI, the music is very loud and they go sound up to gangster movies during dinner at great scenes. Not a place if you are hard of hearing, old and grumpy or looking for a romantic dinner for two. Best meatballs ever. You will love it if you know great italian food.
