We usually make it to Cheeseburger Las Vegas every time we go there, even going way back to when it was still called Cheeseburger in Paradise. However, after our experience there on Christmas Day, we will never visit Cheeseburger Las Vegas again.

My wife and I wanted just one burger to share, dry with no dressing, and a slice of cheese on the side. It took three tries to get this simple order correct. Each time our server (Adam, based on our receipt) became more and more frustrated and upset, and he let this frustration show. He was very rude and never once said he was sorry for the trouble. He shouldn’t have a job as a server if he can’t handle the least amount of adversity. We thought maybe the manager (April, again based on our receipt) would have stopped by to at least say she was sorry and wanted to be sure everything was alright, but that didn’t happen. We actually thought we should have gotten the burger for free, but that didn’t happen either. Then when our check arrived, we were charged for two burgers. So Adam snatched it away without a word and begrudgingly brought it back.

I want to stress that through the entire experience nobody even once said they were sorry or apologized.

So, as I said above, we won’t be back. Which is sad, as we like the food and the tropical atmosphere, but don’t want to be subjected to the abuse by the employees.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch while shopping. We had bacon swiss burgers which were huge. My
only complaint was that it was not a great grade of beef. It seemed like they used some type of filler, but it
was edible. The atmosphere was nice and the wait staff were young, energetic teens who made us feel at
home. Oh, their fries are absolutely delicious!

Visited with a party of 10. 5 out of the 10 items ordered had something wrong with them. 2 burgers had
cold bacon, one of the sandwiches did not taste good at all and was refunded. Since parties of 6 or more
are automatically added a 20% (!!!) gratuity, the server didn't care about service at all. She was horrible on
refills, was not friendly, was difficult to work with and splitting checks was a chore. She noticed a mistake
on the bill before she handed it to us, however she failed to correct it because it would take a few minutes
for her manager to make the correction, which ended up happening anyways. I will never visit this
restaurant again when I am in Vegas.

I ate here for dinner and had a Chinese Chicken Salad, as did one of my dinner companions. It was very tasty. My other dinner companion had coconut shrimp, which he enjoyed thoroughly. Good service too. Gee, none of us even had a cheeseburger!

I visited Cheeseburger with a buddy and were very satisfied, the service was good and the meal was excellent, great burgers...I'm definitely going back...

Ordered the 5 napkin cheeseburger with fries and onion rings. worth every penny. very moist and juicy for the size of it. was also able to watch a demo of the show outside of the V theatre. Will come back and eat there next time
