This was absolutely the best meal I have ever eaten. It is quite expensive, but it was worth it. My husband and I ordered the Kobe beef tasting menu at the recommendation of the waiter. The amount of food served was unbelievable. The appetizers consisted of cucumber salad, quail, baby beets, and roasted red peppers. The main course was a Kobe beef ribeye and a Kobe beef flat iron steak- entree portions. Both could be cut with a fork and were very flavorful!! The best steak we have ever had. It also came with asparagus, assorted mushrooms, and potatoes. The desserts were pretty much par for an expensive restaurant. We were served lemon tart, liquid chocolate cake, fresh strawberries, and sorbet/ice cream selections. The service was great and they even gave us a menu to take home since they are printed daily. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wanted a good meal!!

I highly reccomend Craftsteak. The atmosphere is cozy with romantic booths and and perfect lighting. The service is great and the food is to die for. This was the best steak I had on this trip to Vegas. I started with a salad that was made to order with melt in your mouth avocado on top. My girlfriend also had a salad minus the avacado. We went with the 32oz rib eye for 2 for the main course we ordered it medium rare and it was served at the perfect temperature. Outstanding!!! *****

Had the Chef's dinner - everything was wonderful (I even tried the mussels which I normally do NOT like - but now I know why - I obviously had never had really good mussels before! These were fresh and delicious - what a difference good quality made!) Dinner is expensive so I wouldn't go here often - but it's great for a special occasion (or those fortunate enough to be on an expense account - but that isn't me!)

This place says it is trying to prove itself to be the best steadk house - and they are sure on the right track. I had the sirloin and my wife hand the fillet and they were both very tender and cooked perfectly. The wine seward was great in helping us pick a wine, and allowing us to sample some which they had open to serve by the glass. The waiters/busboys were great in making it a nice evening. The only negative comment was that it lacked atmosphere for a gourmet restaurant, since it is actually 1 big room. It is also very noisy. It's definitely worth a visit, a little pricey, but the steaks are worth it.

If you want to treat yourself to the best steak on the planet! Go here! It was incredible! It was a bit pricey, but worth it! The service impectable, the food amazing, and the atmosphere, wonderful! I think that if you enjoy a good steak, and have money to spend, this is the place to go! Try the meal of the day, and go for it! We really enjoyed this place, confortable, nice, relaxing, and just an overall great experience!

The food and service at CraftSteak are amazing. However, do not believe the "Average $25-$30 per person" estimates! With a very nice dinner and drinks, I was expecting about $200 for 2 people...which turned into $350. I can't complain too much, because we did have the Kobe Beef, which was absolutely fantastic!!! The atmosphere is amazing...we had a booth against the wall, and sat next to Rita Rudner!! Overall, a wonderful restaurant and a wonderful evening!!!

Had the oysters, frisbee salad, asparagus, NY Stip, Filet, au gratin potatoes, house pinot noir. Food & wine was outstanding! Fisbee salad was quite tasty. As someone who has eatin at a lot of the top steak houses in the country these steaks where probably 2 of the best! Waiter seemed to need more time training, didn't seem to be on the same plane as the food & pricing.
Evening was great until a couple of business men came in and sat next to us and talked about detailed product specs all night!
This place is expensive but I would highly recommend the food. Don't tolerate poor service, let them know right up front if something isn't to your liking. The MGM has excellent service and I am sure they would not be happy to hear complaints about service.

I don't mind spending the money for a decent meal but they served basic simple food (you can make better at home), at a high fine dining price. Although the 4 of us were not impressed with the product from the kitchen, I'd have to say they had a good attentive staff working the floor.

The worse meal we have had in all of our trips to Vegas. The hangar steak was so tough that is was inedible, but the waiter claimed, "it's supposed to be tough." The veal t-bone was also tough and tasted like a pork chop. The grass fed strip tasted more like a sirloin. However, the frisee salad was very good and so was the lobster bisque. Don't order the brussel sprouts unless you like the taste of vinegar. The bar could also use some assistance, two of us ordered cosmopolitans and they tasted like pink lemonades. Plus the dessert orders got mixed up someplace between the order and the table and eventually we asked to cancel one order. A waste of money and over rated.
