My wife and I had dinner at Gallagher's and we both loved everything. The steak and the lobster tail were both excellent. The atmosphere was great and the service was also very good. I have to say that it was our best dining experience that we ever had. It was a little pricy, but well worth it (It was Vegas).

Great steak shame aboput the service............
We were in a party of more than 8 and considered removing the 18% automatic service charge.We ordered 2 entrees and one of them was wrong and a rush order had to be placed.
The waiter kept tapping one of the guests on the shoulder to get her attention,WTF is that all about????
The staff were lax and slacking in thier approach Groups of staff standing round chatting.
Great steaks and onion rings too.
$100 a head was a good value for a great steak.
Shame aboput the service

WE had a fabulous meal at Gallaghers while in Vegas. The best steaks both my husband and I have ever eaten. My husband had the New York, their signature steak, while I had the filet mignon with crab & Bearnaise sauce. Absolutely fabulous. Great service and the prices were not too bad!!! We will certainly be back!!!!

Went with a party of 7 people, where they sat us was a little dark for me, the service was good, the bartender did not know how to make a Texas Margarita, so I told them to bring me a regular margarita, it was the worst drink I have ever had in my life. Food was great, I had the steak called the Cowboy, baked potato which was about 3 pounds. I also had the New England Clam Chowder which was very very good.

Absolutely wonderful dinner for ten after my wedding. The service was impeccable, the food fantastic. Most of the party got the surf and turf--everyone said it was prepared perfectly. The only sad thing was no one could finish it! I had the lamb chops, which were wonderful, but a little small for the $35. If I had spent that much on a steak there would have been much more meat. We had a non-red-meat eater with us who raved about the chicken. This was my second visit, and I'll continue to return on every trip to Vegas.

Gallagher's Steakhouse is modeled after its famous Manhattan counterpart, and it has that old-school steakhouse feel. Gallagher's dry ages its beef for 21 days and it makes a huge difference in taste. In fact, you can see the dry-aging racks in the front of the restaurant! We started with a classic caesar salad and clam chowder, both of which were excellent, and the steaks were even better. The bone-in sirloin (house specialty) and bone-in cowboy ribeye were amazing in flavor and texture. You can order several different sauces for your steaks, but we didn't need them--the steaks were so flavorful on their own. Our waiter was very attentive and the overall service was great. There are a lot of nice steakhouses in Vegas, but Gallagher's is one of the best, and possibly the VERY best of them all.

It was my first time visiting there and I was thrilled. The food smilply melted in your mouth. Let me put it this way. Even the ice water was GREAT.
Defiently a must if you are a Steak Lover.

My mother and I go to Vegas every year. We carefully plan out our trips so that we can dine in a few good restaurants as well as a few buffets. We impulsively ate here one nite (early evening probably 5-6pm). We were seated promptly and tended to like princesses. The menu is easy to understand. The atomosphere is nice and the waiter was a complete gentleman. The meal was wonderful, absolutely NO complaints and I consider myself a connissuer of good food. We both had steaks (NY strips) and they were cooked to perfection. The salads were fresh and the dressings homemade. If you like a good steak meal, I reccommend Gallaghers Steak House in New York, New York.
