- Good Meal
Wow! what a pleasant surprise. The location is more for chocolate and dessert during the day but extremely interesting french meals at night. They had a 3 course meal for $49. This includes an incredible dessert from their large selection.
The restaurant is one of the smallest restaurants in all of Las Vegas, with maybe 40 seats in total... presented in the round. The cooking station, which may hold 2 humans, is in the center with two chefs bumping into each other. The sous chefs stand outside of the 'bar' cooking station to finish the dishes. This was actually very interesting as you got to watch the chefs in action, debating presentation, fuss over plating and panic over the details. It was entertaining.
The meals is presented in a relaxed pace so warn them if you have a show.
Quality of food is hard to match. For a chocolate restaurant they sure do French gourmet food well.
Funniest part of evening was when main chef was late so sous chef took over. When main chef came he showed some panic when he realized the sous chef was plating twice as many scallops and way too much truffles. This was fine by me.
This is a very very big surprise and likely to be a best kept secret for some time. Nobody would know they do what they do unless you walk by.
