I am big fan of Emeril Lagasse's resturants. When i noticed he had opened this one at the Palazzo, i decided to check it out. The resturant was off the main casino floor, so not as much noise as others that i have eaten in Las Vegas.

Do to just myself i opted to sit at the bar. My bartender was excellant and offered up some suggestions. A nice bread basket was offered while i had a drink and looked over the menu. To start i had the French Onion soup, and as excellant. My main course was the roasted chicken which on of the best i have ever had, just enough seasonings for an awesome flavor, the chicken was accomplied by roasted potatoes. I was too full to try one of the desserts. No complaints at all about the food and service. I would dine here again in the future visits.

Wonderful meal and terrific service---the dessert with the white chocolate filled donut holes are TO DIE FOR!!!!
