A group of six of us dined here last week for a friend's 30th birthday. The view we had from the 51st floor of The Palms was beautiful, our servers were pleasant and accommodating, and the food (for the most part) was amazing. The only problem, which was a major problem was that two members of our party ordered Nove's signature seafood rigatoni dish. Everything was great except for the shrimp-it had an overwhelming taste of ammonia, which generally is a sign that the shrimp is way past its prime, and made one of our guests sick. When we mentioned this to the server at the end of the meal, he did nothing to compensate us (not like we were looking for a free meal or anything, but he didn't even bat an eye). For the price of the meal (about $125 per person), I expected more. Aside from the shrimp, everything else was delicious and fresh, even down to the homemade sourdough bread. And the complimentary dessert we received for the birthday girl was a fun and overall nice gesture (can't go wrong with fill and top your own mini-canoli's!) I would recommend Nove, and MAYBE I would go back, but I would certainly hesitate before ordering the seafood here.

Excellent meal...top notch service, as expected you get what you pay for. The Nove spagheti is awesome!!
