Cafe Rio - For Dinner

- Good Meal
After 14 years in Vegas and moving back to Colorado, the only Mexican food I craved was Roberto's
tacos;) And then came Cafe Rio! Now every trip here to visit family requires a dinner at Cafe Rio to
get our fix for the delish salad - even the grand babies can't live without the house dressing! Love
the health value of fresh ingredients and the splashy, child- friendly southwest atmosphere. Totally
the best!
