Okay, now granted, the food wasn't horrid but we waited 35 minutes in line on a Tuesday might!! That alone will make us never return. We also watched one of the hostesses, who was bringing silverware and napkins to set up a table, DROP the napkins and then pick them up off the floor and proceed to set the table with dirty napkins!!!! Gag!!! Made me wonder about our napkins big time... Anyway, the food was just average, nothing special, nothing outstanding. Next time they send us free coupons we will not be wasting our time.

Since I'm a Valley local, I receive coupons by mail AND I have accumulated several points for a couple of FREE buffets at the Eastside and Cannery. They have the SAME layout. BUT I don't like how the "new and improved Eastide buffet" looks. you have to walk all the way toward the entrance for the salad bar, just a weird layout of the buffet. The server gave me the wrong drink, At least at the Cannery buffet I ordered a bottle of wine. The server I had didn't know what I was talking about...go figure...She was in a hurry to say the least...you get what you pay for. Good thing I didn't pay the regular price. I've unoffically named it a "neighborhood" buffet. I have been to this buffet on numerous occasions. It's ok. It's not like a buffet on the Strip, but it will due. Especially, if you have coupons(or a cheap skate like myself) and on a tight budget.
