The restaurant its gorgeous and very comfortable, but the service its the WORST ever to be a fine dining restaurant. I will say some members of the the Management team are not very educated and it shows alot. In example, any real Manager will call people a Guest not a costumer like one of the managers did. (Even In-n-out burgers calls you a Guest when your order is ready).

The other things is that i had to wait 10 minutes just to receive a menu and a couple of minutes more to be asked if i was going to have a bottle of water or just regular water. I am a restaurant Manager here in Vegas and our policy on greeting a table is a maximum of 3 minutes not 10.
