We started off with Mango Margarita and the obligatory salsas and chips which are self-serve. A delicious tortilla soup was included with our entrees. We each ordered Red Snapper Coscina - sautéed red snapper filet with a zesty tomato and cilantro sauce accompanied by rice and homemade refried beans.
