6/8/05 approx 7 pm. Two young girls were handling food with bare hands numerous times over 1/2 hour period. One girl (black) was holding pizzas with one bare hand while using cutter to slice pieces. She also arranged pizza slices with bare hand. She also took pieces of tomato from container to place on pizzas, using bare hands. The other girl also handled food with bare hands, before and after taking money from customers. Neither girl wore gloves, nor washed hands. I have also advised Health Dept. of this practice.

It's Sbarro...no better or worse than the one at your local mall.
