Yep, I really found one. It's at The M, so all of us in Henderson are in luck. Red Cup's actually not bad.
The cheese enchiladas are usually a good choice. Also try the burgers. Or if you're there in the morning,
there are plenty of good breakfast items.
I've occasionally seen missteps, but most of the time the service and the food are quite good. Especially
the value keeps me coming back. After all, where else this south on St. Rose can one get a full meal 24/7?

Red Cup Cafe in M Resort - For Breakfast

This M Resort's 24/7 coffee shop. We dined here a total of 3 times over a two period, twice for breakfast on bagels and cream cheese which were just satisfactory. We also had a chicken quesadilla that was mediocre.
