I think the only one better is the Bellagio. The food quality at the M is OUTSTANDING! SO many good
things. The American food is the low point, the specialty dishes are just amazing!!

I was told about Studio B Buffet from a number of people who had eaten there. So
I made a special trip just to see what it was like. First of all I was amazed at
the M Casino itself, incredible place, the architecture was amazing, functional
beauty and well thought out. Studio B has to be one of the best kept secrets in
Las Vegas, the selection of food was absolutely incredible, well prepared, great
service, I was so impressed that I came back the following day for breakfast,
and again was super impressed with the choices of different types of food. KUDOS
to the M Casino, BEST BUFFET IN VEGAS.

P.S. THE PRICE IS RIGHT!!

I have eaten at many other Vegas buffets, but Studio B at the M resort is HANDS DOWN the best buffet for your money, especially the lunch price.
the food is fresh, delicious, expertly prepared and literally comparable to what you would get at a gourmet retaurant yet with 100 times the choices.
I've eaten here twice and still couldn't come close to trying everything that I wanted to eat, even taking very small portions, there is just too much variety. The dessert section is phenomenal. I have ZERO complaints and Many compliments for the Studio B, food, service, price/value, selection, everything was excellent, highly recommended.

This has become the best buffet in Las Vegas no doubt!!!!

Well worth the drive to Henderson. Large buffet with lots of cooking stations. There was a slight emphasis on asian food, but we didn't mind. Desserts were especially good. Beware: Fri/Sat/Sun are seafood days and avoid Wednesday if you're not 50+.

03/11 We arrived around 12:30PM and it took me just over an hour in line before I reached the cashier because of the senior half off special. After being shown to a table. This buffet remains one of the better ones in terms of quality and variety, but IMHO it has slipped a notch in variety since our last visit. I managed to fill up a wide variety of salads, side dishes, a pair of fried shrimp, cioppino, cappuccino and a dozen (a slight exaggeration) desserts. Also, not that wine and beer are included in the price of the buffet.

12/10 We found the weekend seafood buffet to be not worth the extra cost over the regular weekday buffet unless one consumes inordinate quantities of oysters and crab legs. Overall the buffet is above average.

12/09 M Resort was offering a 2/1 for the luncheon buffet so decided to revisit. The buffet's offerings are scaled back in comparison what is served at dinner, but it was an bargain compared to the competition.

04/09 This buffet is quite attractive and the quality, selection and price places it a notch or two below the best in Las Vegas, but far better other locals buffets. There are enough choices that everyone should be happy.

The Food was ok but it wasn't as good as it was when they first opened as some of the dishes had a dried out look to it. I am not in a hurry to go back.

Good meal. Not as good as it used to be. The Silverton is a better Value.

I wanted to comment on the Tina Martini show that we went to last Thursday, August 19, 2010. You'd better be really, really interested in cooking if you go to this. I was bored. The chef seemed nice enough. A little silly but nice. She cooked clams which stunk to high heaven. I almost had to leave because of the smell. Felt like I might throw up. The sun dried tomatoes looked pretty good until she kept adding oil and more oil to them. Needless to say, I had no appetite by the time we were allowed to go to the buffet. Thank goodness we had free tickets because $40 is way, way too much to pay for this!!!!!! Just be aware...
