- Bad Meal
My wife and I have been eating at the Fatburger in the food court at Texas Station for several years now. The food has been very good as was the service. We got what we ordered and it was cooked as requested.
That is until the last several weeks. We got use to receiving our order within 15 minutes of when we ordered. We now get it from 20 to 30 minutes. My wife and I both ask for the meat to be well done. In a few cases it has been cooked as requested but not consistently. I could understand this if the store was undermanned or there was a big crowd of people waiting for their food, but there are usually at least three people behind the counter and never a big crowd. It does appear that the workers have been changed but that should not be a reason for not being able to follow orders. I can see on my receipt that the order was understood and recorded properly. It also has the time the order was paid for so there is no guessing, did I order it well done? or how long has it been?
You are on the verge of loosing a long time customer because of the poor quality of service. I believe that training could remedy the above mentioned problems and have you back in tall cotton in no time.
