"Just beacause you can does NOT mean you should"
Oh where to start on this one....The servers are plentiful, obsequious, and over attentive. At one point there were 2 guests for every server! We were asked 4 times if we were in a rush to get to a show!Flys round honey!!
The food was good
amuse bouche blue cheese ham roll walnut 8/10
Asparagus Hollandaise Ok the sauce could have been tarter and the asparagus was jut overcooked 8/10
Snails were just right 9/10
Veal chop brussels mash and apple thingy 7/10..not all the ingredients came together on this plate to compliment each other
Lobster mushroom tortellini 7/10 as above really
Pudding 10/10 strawberry souffle
petits fours were very good too
The wine list was poor it was a direct lift from the wine list available for room service in the hotel(Bellagio)...lazy ...very lazy.
It was a good meal over all but in the context of the AAA and michelin ratings it does beg the question on the criteria used to rate these restaurants.
All the savoury dishes were over egged with one or more ingredients too many.
As I said just because you can................
There are better meals out there in my opinion

We had dinner here on Christmas night. They offered a 6 course fixed menu. The atmosphere is
beautiful and intimate and the service was absolutely perfect- not too obtrusive but there when you
need them.
The lamb was exceedingly tender, all courses were excellent and beautifully presented; the dessert did
not taste as good as it looked.
Be prepared for the bill; ours was over $600 with a medium priced bottle of wine and two of the least
expensive cognacs. In general, dinner here will probably cost about $400 plus tip without alcohol.
That's Vegas; you're paying for the experience.

The food was wonderful. My husband and I had a tasting menu, paired with different wine selections, and every course was delicious.
My only complaint is about the waitstaff. The service was very rushed, with hardly any break between courses in which to enjoy the remaining wine and just relax. Also, the waitstaff was overeager in trying to clear things off the table when I was clearly not yet done (I had to send them away twice when they did this).
Before dessert, I wanted to use the restroom and there was not one clearly marked inside the restaurant, and the host staff was all busy, so I went back into the casino. When I returned, one waiter pointed out that I didn't have to leave the restaurant, but it was said almost mockingly, which I just thought was unspeakably rude.
What could have been a really wonderful meal was ruined by the waitstaff, and that's a shame.

Had dinner at 6:30pm with my wife on our 21st Wedding Anniversary so we can make a show. Excellent service, and the Dover Sole was the BEST I've ever had, and I've eaten all over the world.
A 3 course dinner with wine was $300 and worth ever penny. I'm going back to Vegas in December and I've already made reservations again for my birthday dinner on the 23rd for my wife and 2 sons. I'd highly recommend Le Cirque for a true dining experience.

Went this last time for our 10th anniversary with my wife's brother & his wife. They had never been there. The service was great with. It's really nice to have waiters who not only do their job but help make the evening with just enough humor & service without being overbearing. We really enjoy the way they change their menu with the seasons so it never gets old. Another nice aspect is the dress code. We enjoy a good meal & it's nice not to have the 6 pack gang at the next table.

Had dinner on 7/24, 3 people for about 360.00. The food was good but not enough. I will try another place soon but don't think I will be back any time soon. We mentioned on our reservation, my wife is having her 36th Birthday. In fact they asked when I made the reservation so you would think they would have at least gave her a slice of something but nothing all night and when her mother went back to grab the cork the very snobbby FRENCH someilier (spelling) stated they cleaned it up and did nothing to help. We had a better meal and service across the street at Venitian. I forgot the place but it also was french and great portions.

We went here to celebrate our twentieth wedding anniversary. While the atmosphere is great and we enjoyed the meal, we did not think it was worth the money. The waiter had a snobby attitude, and I don't think that is really necessary when a person is paying that kind of money. He warmed up toward the end of the meal, but that was a little late. I had the lobster salad, sea bass, and a choclate souffle for dessert. The souffle was excellent, but everything else was good, not great. DH had foie gras, Lobster, and a strawberry napoleon. He said all was good, not great. Bill was $200, including a half bottle of wine. It was a fun one time experience to celebrate our anniversary, but I wouldn't come here agin.

The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was superb. We didn't love our meal (taster's menu) which for $300 as a total bill for the dining experience was a hefty price to pay!
