Noodles is pricey, I'll agree - but this is the Bellagio. And my choice of entree, pad Thai rice noodles with shrimp, was quite tasty. The place was busy but the service was friendly and they were clearly trying to make sure everyone got served in turn (the whole meal took 40 minutes at most). For Chinese/Asian food, this place is outrageously expensive. I ordered a bowl of congee rice with seafood, and it cost $17 for a tiny portion, VERY little seafood. Dim sum is expensive ranging from $5-7 a plate. A bowl of udon is $16, which is a little steep for a bowl of noodles you can get at most Chinese restaurants for under $10. I know it's the Bellagio, but not at all worth the $$. After 2 drinks and tip, lunch cost us $90 for 2 people. This is a very basic restaurant, not at all gourmet.    17871

Standard dishes in a very limited menu. My wife is a Vegan and there was nothing for her to eat (that was not fried) or contained meat. People working there has serious attitude problem. I went for a lunch, I got seated and I wanted to order but couldn't find my waiter. So, I called any waiter around me and said I was ready to order. But with the irritated look on her face she frowned at me and told me to just wait for my waiter. Although she did not say it out, her face was saying "just SHUT UP and wait!" I was so shocked that for the moment I forgot that I was her customer and I didn't know how to react to this. Other waiters had similar problems. Ordered food was thrown onto the table without a single word of what the name of the dish was. And, also it was almost impossible to get attention of any waiter. This place used to be good, but not anymore. I still think most of the BBQ noodles are authentic. But it no longer worth the price. If you're not familiar with real chinese food, eat here and you won't be disappointed. Ordered the Oxtail soup & BBQ Pork, the meat in the soup was fatty with bones in, but taste OK. The BBQ pork was a disappointment, just way too tough. I've had better for 1/3 the price. Waitress asked if we were paying by credit or cash before ordered! Just rude! Meal was $54.00 for 2 with 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and no alcohol. Food was American-Chinese. This is the best Japanese food I have had since my trip to Japan last winter. Don't let the name fool you -- these guys can do more than just noodles. The food was pricy, but you do get what you pay for. The thing that impressed me most was the preparation. Each food was cooked to the *perfect* doneness, even in dishes with a variety of foods that cook at different rates.

The dim sum served there is pretty tasty although the pieces are rather small. But I guess that was to be expected being in Las Vegas and all. Being a huge fan of Vietnamese Pho I also tried the seafood Pho served at Noodles. I was surprised by how bland it was. When I asked our waiter for some Sriracha sauce(Vietnamese hot chili sauce) he looked at me as if I had just announced I was from the Moon. On our waiter's recommendation my wife tried the Thai soup with noodles. She had an idea that it would be kind of sour, but after a few bites it became too sour to eat(too much lemongrass and fish sauce I think). Our solution was to switch bowls. She was happy to eat something bland and I was happy to have some flavor. Looking around I could see other diners eating non-noodle dishes. Looked pretty good. We would try Noodles again but will avoid the noodles dishes(kinda ironic to do that in a place called Noodles).    4371
