- Bad Meal
Let's set the record straight about this buffet. If you want inovative and creative ways to serve and present food...this is the place for you. I freely admit that the small plates and little pans are cool to look at, the only problem is that the food inside them is simple put...not good. We went to the brunch and also to the dinner to give it a fair shake. The meats and seafood were mostly over cooked. My husband could not bite through the korean BBQ'd ribs and the prime rib (rib) that was grilled was impossible to eat, couldn't even cut it with a knife. They shoud be ashamed to serve the crab legs, I have never seen such pitiful crabs legs anywhere ever. I tried every fish offered and all were more like fish jerky. The "soup of the day" meant just that, it was still there from our 10 am brunch to our 8pm dinner. They have a good assortment of salads, but even though they were on small plates, the lettuce was limp..not appealing to me. The best part of the meal was the creamed corn, cheeses and the sorbet, I would recommend them, but a pretty steep price for those few items. I won't be back, sticking to the Wynn for a truly wonderful buffet.
