I had 2 comped nights at Sam's Town that included a $25 food credit so I used it at Billy Bob's Steakhouse. This was my first time eating there though I've stayed many times at Sam's. I had the small filet with salad and rice pilaf. The filet was delicious and cooked to order and rice pilaf was the best I've ever had. It was what I would call a southwest pilaf with peppers, onions and some great spices. The portion was enough for at least 2 people. Service was friendly and attentive. Our son visited this resturant during the Nascar races and was very pleased, so we tried it whie there in April. I had the 24 ounce Prime Rib and it was done as was requested (med-rare). My wife had the filet mignon and it was also excellent. We both shared the onion appy and what a meal, just full of flavor. We were quite full and just about didn't eat our main course. We are returning to Vegas in late November and are definitely going back. The service was excellent and very friendly. Enjoyable evening.    19935

Nice room. Decent food. Horrible service. We usually eat at the steakhouse at Arizona Charlie's, but decided to try Billy Bob's. Our server seemed annoyed that we were sat in her station. Maybe she was ready to go home?
When she brought our salads i asked for pepper, because she didn't bring it with her. She reached over the table and handed me the regular pepper shaker that was on the table. I guess she didn't have the time to bring the pepper grinder. I ordered my steak med, but got it rare. It took about 15 minutes for her to come back to fix it. I will never go there again.    19646

Ate here upon arrival in Vegas and boy did it hit the spot. Extremely friendly welcome (unlike Sam's Town's front desk) and great service from beginning to end. My wife's filet was cooked perfectly and my short ribs were very tasty. Great place to go for a casual well-prepared meal.    14499

Meal was great manager was very rude his name was Keith ask us to hurry and leave so he could give the table to someone else we were not even done with our coffee and drink when we left there was empty tables and two people were waiting that had just arived we waited over 45 min because of him we will never eat at this place again and will make sure we tell all our freinds about it    13720

I could not believe the poor quality of food at this steakhouse. The bread was not fresh, one good thick pork chop was served alongside one terribly thin and overcooked chop, smothered in some sort of bottled pork gravy with onions. A steak was not cooked as ordered, a sweet potato was overcooked to falling-apart and worst of all was dessert, a $9 piece of cake that was comparable in taste and quality to a little debbie, but stale.
