Nice room. Decent food. Horrible service. We usually eat at the steakhouse at Arizona Charlie's, but decided to try Billy Bob's. Our server seemed annoyed that we were sat in her station. Maybe she was ready to go home?
When she brought our salads i asked for pepper, because she didn't bring it with her. She reached over the table and handed me the regular pepper shaker that was on the table. I guess she didn't have the time to bring the pepper grinder. I ordered my steak med, but got it rare. It took about 15 minutes for her to come back to fix it. I will never go there again.

I go to Billy Bobs at least once on every trip I make (and there have been 20 of them) to Vegas.
I always make it a point to take a "newbie" or suggest it to friends who may be in town. I always receive the same positive comments, always.

Had the 3 medallions steak dinner with crab cakes appetizers the whole experience was awesome i will be back for sure. The service was friendly and very good. a high rating of a+++++ was deserved.

Good food. Portions are huge. The menu has a lot to choose from. Get the prime rib or ribeye steak. Delicious.

Ate here upon arrival in Vegas and boy did it hit the spot. Extremely friendly welcome (unlike Sam's Town's front desk) and great service from beginning to end. My wife's filet was cooked perfectly and my short ribs were very tasty. Great place to go for a casual well-prepared meal.

Meal was great manager was very rude his name was Keith ask us to hurry and leave so he could give the table to someone else we were not even done with our coffee and drink when we left there was empty tables and two people were waiting that had just arived we waited over 45 min because of him we will never eat at this place again and will make sure we tell all our freinds about it

I could not believe the poor quality of food at this steakhouse. The bread was not fresh, one good thick pork chop was served alongside one terribly thin and overcooked chop, smothered in some sort of bottled pork gravy with onions. A steak was not cooked as ordered, a sweet potato was overcooked to falling-apart and worst of all was dessert, a $9 piece of cake that was comparable in taste and quality to a little debbie, but stale.
Apparently this place used to be a favorite but the fact that it was 90% empty at 8pm on a Saturday night should have been the clue that warned us.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE! THE FOOD HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE EVERYTIME WE'VE BEEN THERE(19 TIMES IN 3 YEARS) LAST CHRISTMAS I CALLED THE CHEF TO SEE IF HE WOULD GIVE ME ANY IDEAS ON COOKING PRIME RIB AND HE GAVE ME HIS RECIPE. AMAZING!!! NO PLACE HERE IN ALASKA CAN COMPARE TO THE FOOD AT BILLIE BOB'S AND THE PRICES ARE EXCELLENT FOR WHAT YOU RECEIVE. DO NOT HESITATE TO GO AND HAVE THE PRIME RIB, BUT BRING YOUR APPETITE 'CAUSE THERES MORE THAN ENOUGH!
IF ANYBODY AT BILLIE BOBS READS THIS, YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!

I'm a local and dine at most of the steak houses in the city. My family and
friends dined and were reasonably pleased...I was not. The steak that
accompanied the shrimp was said to be 8 oz. It was oval in size, 2" by 1"
and maybe 3/4' thick........even cooked it was at best less than 6 oz. The
waiter was not too concerned of my comment. I asked for separate
checks on ordering....'can't do it because I want to place all 5 meals as
one oreder so it will come out together"...never heard that one. meal was
over, everyone said it was good to the taste and presented in a nice
manner. Check came and I again asked for separate checks......"I'll make
so you can easily see each party's share.........I pressed for separate
checks received another customer unfriendly reply. After further
discussion....I paid the entire bill and settled with my friends outside.
Went home tried to duplicate the filet weight.......uncooked it came out to
6.2 oz. My 12 oz New York wasn't that large.come to think of it.

Had a great meal. I was told that Billy Bob's portions were huge, you can't finish it, etc. Everything was true. Food was great, service was very good and we had an enjoyable meal. I recommend it.
