Good noodle cafe. Nothing exceptional but good for what it is.

went with a fairly large party so we tried several things...the only thing that stood out was the BBQ Pork Tenderloin, but it was chopped up into tiny pieces. Not a great place...def. would try some other place before going back!

How could they mess up a Chinese noodle shop in Vegas? Just hire any Chinese from LA and they'll be better. What a disappointment. It's not as bad as the average take-out, but with prices like that, it's just not worth it.
Unless of course, you stay in Mandalay Bay and it's 2am. And you despeartely need that bowl of congee.

Well, I don't have anything bad to say about the service, but that's about it...
The food was NOT good. There was a mix of Asian foods (excluding Japanese) on the menu. I tried a noodle dish, since I expected a place called The Noodle Shop to have good noodles. Nope. They were flavorless AND soggy. No redeeming qualities whatsoever. My wife got the (EXPENSIVE) duck, which was arranged on the plate very nicely. I stabbed an expectant fork into a piece of duck (as I had already given up on the noodles) -- CRUNCH. I don't know if it was bone or tendon or what, but every piece was full of it. I don't know, maybe they get what's left over after the good restaurants take the better part of the duck.
Anyway, this was pretty disappointing as Mandalay Bay is my favorite casino on the Strip. I guess next time I'm hungry for Asain, I will take the Tram elsewhere.

A perfect combination of lousy food and even worse service, all at a premium price. If you want an indigestible meal served up by the rudest staff west of the Rockies, this is the place for you.
As for me, I'd rather spend an afternoon sharing Cup-A-Noodles with a homeless IV drug abusing scizophrenic before setting foot in this place again.
