A truly horrible experience. There was a derelict who disturbed the entire restaurant,frightening the customers,demanding and receiving about 30 cloth napkins on which he loudly blew his nose and threw them on the floor. He threw rib bones into a paper bag he had set on the floor and intimidated anyone who looked his way. The staff seemed frightened and did not evict him, maybe because he was African American and they thought it would cause trouble. We are also African American,but his disgusting and obnoxious behavior made for an unpleasant evening for all the patrons and he should have been thrown out.
Though the restaurant was not crowded they refused to move our seats and we could not eat and did enjoy the meal. What a horrible disappointment at a favorite spot. We'll never return.

I have mixed feeelings about this place. I like the atmosphere and the good views. I think their menu is
quite limited. I wish there was more of a choice. We had a good meal with prompt service. The last 1/3
of our meal was less pleasant when a loud group of 20 somethings were seated across from us (including
one who had to be told to put his shirt back on). If we weren't so far along with the meal, I would have
asked to be moved. The waiter apologized for the noise and the staff was aware of the problem created
by this "the world revovlves around me" group.

This was not my first time here, and I will go back.

We were seated right away and I immediately noticed what a beautiful room it was and nice views out to the pool area. I also noticed lots of cleanliness problems. Right next to where we were seated was a straw wrapper and 2 ft. from that a skewer w/ meat on the end! Gross.

It wasn't that busy and there were lots of people working, but like many Vegas casino restaurants, it was like pulling teeth to get a drink refill. We'd finish our drinks and wait 5-10 minutes for a refill.

We had one of those surly waitresses who would be better served working at a truck stop. She had a super smoker's voice and seemed to give a crap on everything we said. She had an attitude for no reason and I wondered why a nice place like Mandalay Bay would hire such a person.

When she brought me my cheese and mushroom omlette, which is exactly what it's called on the menu, I cut it open to find it was mushroom and bacon. Well this wasn't going to work as I'm a vegetarian. I nicely called her attention to it and she answers w/ bellowing out "I told them mushroom and American cheese. I don't know what they're doing." No apology or anything, great customer service! Then we had to wait another 15 min. while another one was made.

The food was ok, but like others have said, overpriced. They give you big portions as do many restaurants, but I can only eat so much in a sitting. So the $9 Caesar salad as an appetizer was big enough for a whole meal. Overall it was just ok food, bad service, and a beautifully designed room.

We had a late lunch here. The atmosphere, service and food were quite good. It did take a long wait to be seated, however, even though there seemed to be open tables. This led me to believe that they were understaffed, and that they could not attend to the full facility. It was the middle of the afternoon--certainly not a busy time--so I would have expected quicker seating. Although I would eat here again, I wouldn't if I was in any hurry at all.

Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for a table, but once inside the service is fast and the food is excellent!
I've never had a bad meal and always eat several meals here because of the quality and service!
Not mind you....not a dress up and go out for a special meal kind of restaurant....it's open 24 hours. But the food is fantastic!

Terrific coffee shop. Xlint service, nice atomosphere, diverse menu. Reasonable prices. A good spot to dine when you are tired of buffets. At our table, I had the fried chicken, which was very good and crispy. Wife had a terrific french dip. Daughter had an omlette and it was huge and cooked flawlessly. They also have very good coffee.

Had a late dinner after seeing mama mia,good atmosphere, great 24hr. place to eat and more resonable the cafe Bellagio and food was on the same level with more choices.

Bad food, bland and cold; omlettes took forever to come out but the toast was delivered 5-6 minutes after them, and was burnt; salt and pepper removed from the table never to be seen again, waiter never available, uncleared tables all around, long wait in line to be seated in an empty restaurant.
