Hands down, the best asian-fusion chinese food around. We made reservations and it was way easier to
get in, rather then show up at the last minute. Four of us shared four dishes and one appetizer, with non-
alcoholic drinks, and the meal was only $64.00 ! The best for sure ! Will go back !

Whenever we are in Vegas, we always make it a point to eat at PF Chang's. We've eaten there several times, once in the restaurant with a group of friends. But, we like sitting at the bar and ordering our meal there. The staff tending the bar are so nice and friendly! Besides the fantastic food, talking with these employees is half the experience. The food....you have to try to lettuce wraps. Fantastic!!! We always order three or four different diehes, but we ALWAYS have the lettuce wraps.

Met here for dinner with friends. We started with the lettuce wraps, which were outstanding. We ordered Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao Chicken and Fried Rice. We shared all of these and they were all very tasty. The only change that I would make would be to order something else in place of the fried rice, only because you can order white or brown rice with your entree. We also had banana spring rolls for dessert- they were served with pineapple-coconut ice cream and were very tasty. Great wait staff too. A very enjoyable evening.

We ate here on 11/12/07 a party of seven. Our friends were kind enough to arrive early and put our name in so by the time we arrived from the shopping complex we had a very short wait. As always the food is good here, service was good and we all left very satisfied. One in our party was disappointed that egg rolls were not on the menu, the waited suggested the spring rolls but they are not the same. Lettuce wraps, chicken lo mein, chicked fried rice, honey chicken and spicy chicken were shared by all and we all left stuffed to the gills. We have one of these in our hometown but it was good that all of us could gather and enjoy each other's company. We were all scattered through most of this trip so it was nice to share the moment and see how everyone was doing.

We had to wait 45 minutes for a table but it was worth the wait. The food was excellent and the portions were large. We can recommend the honey chicken and the orange peel chicken. These came with boiled rice and we also ordered a noodle dish with pork - which was lovely but we probably didn't need it!

P.F. Chang's is one of our destinations while in Vegas. To us, it's like going to the Bellagio fountains or seeing a great show. It's just what you MUST do when you're in Vegas. We always sit at the bar....it's easy to find a seat and you don't have to wait at all. The staff there is outstanding!!!! We had arrived rather late at 11:00 p.m. just an hour before they were to close. This late hour did not affect the quality of the service OR the quality of the food. While we were sitting there, someone was "cut off" from further drink service. This person became pretty argumentative, first chewing out the waiter and then asking for the manager. The manager took his verbal abuse calmly--much more calmly than we would have. We were impressed. P.F. Chang's is great
!!!! Both the food and the staff make this a must-do while in Vegas.

We went to Vegas for the first time saying, we will NOT eat at chains we have at home. Well, it didn't take us long to figure out that for just decent food on the strip, you can end up paying $25-$35 an entree. We stayed at MGM and Wolfgang Puck's restaurant was the cheapest at $20/head.
Knowing this, the value of these other restaurants simply didn't stand up to the $11.95 dinners at PF. Same great food and they take reservations.

Great meal - must try the lettuce wraps - if you have not been before. Had a reservation and waited about 5-10 minutes to be seated, but didn't mind. Waiter (Giddeon) was very attentive and friendly. The only complaint was the music was too loud for such a small space. They offer outdoor seating, which is nice in good weather.

Had been here before and wasn't that impressed, but on this last trip it was great. The spare rib appetizer was terrific (and a great bargain, 6 ribs for $6.95) The potstickers were only average. The mongolian beef entree was amazing. The orange chicken good but not special. Can be an hour wait for a table and the service is spotty, but the food is very good. A loud atomosphere, but overall a fun place with a young hip crowd. For a quiet chinese dining experience, we like the place in the Flamingo (Peking Market I think). It is also very good.
