- Bad Meal
This restaurant was pretty bad- we see bad restaurants in all the casinos, but in our opinion, a French themed casino should have better food. The tables inside the restaurant were small so we situated our party in the covered porch, which is a really strange place. It was dark inside porch room, except for a huge amount of flashing white light beaming in from the Paris Hotel sign outside. The lighting was so distracting we had to move to the deepest part of the room. Music was standard elevator music, and rather horrible to listen to. We had no choice because it was loud everywhere.
Food was a big dissapointment. There was nothing special at all about it. Most sushi rolls were the fake crab type. That says it all. Ah Sin isn't a real sushi restaurant. We enjoyed the first few bites, then got less interested to finish our meal once our hunger was gone.

Great food. Very well presented; however, when they first opened there were "extras" that are no longer included- exquisite teas, sugar canes for your tea, wooden han washing buckets. But the food is good enough we will go back.

This is the third time we have eaten at this restaurant and although it was still a good experience the food was not nearly as good as it was in 2004 & 2005. The calamari and eggplant appetizer was still very good, but the crab claws rolled in almonds were bland and overcooked. The soba noodles were good and general tso chicken was good as well. The sushi was fine, although not as good a quality as we have had in the past. We may have just ordered more expensive items this time, but our bill was somewhat higher than in the past, so prices may have gone up.
(6/05) - This time the food and service was incredible as ever! Calamari appetizer is delicious, sashimi sampler melts in your mouth. Beef and Broccoli just as good as last time. Ah Sin's version of Moo Shoo is made with crepes and is delicious. Creme Brulee sampler dessert is awesome! Again, the prices are so reasonable for the quality of the food, especially compared to other Las Vegas restaurants. Two appetizers, two entrees, one dessert, one large hot sake and a glass of wine was under $90 including tip.
If you sit outside at the tables for two you can watch the fountains at the Bellagio.
(5/04)This restaurant is excellent. The food is incredible. Sushi appetizer was perfect, the tuna melts in your mouth. Entrees of sweet and sour chicken and beef and broccoli were so tasty. Our waiter, Howard, did a wonderful job, very attentive. We ate outside on the patio and it was quite nice. Meal cost $85 including tip and that was for two cocktails, two glasses of wine, one appetizer, and two entrees. For the quality of food and service that you get the price is very good. If you want an excellent meal without paying a lot this is the place to go!

Very good quality asian food (Japanese/Chinese/Thai) for a fairly reasonable price. If seated in the right place one can view the Belagio fountains.

Went to Ah Sin while staying at Ballys. We visit Las Vegas about twice a year and try to sample at least one new restaurant per visit. We were pleased with the whole experience. We ate on the outside terrace and really enjoyed it. it was 103 outside, but with the misters on it seemed like air conditioning and very pleasant. Our appetizer and entrees were exceptional. They were also very reasonable in cost. Can't think of anything to complain about. Highly recommended..

I visited Ah Sin July 7th prior to heading over to the Mirage to catch Jay Leno. This was my second visit to Ah Sin and I have to say this one was better than the first. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Since this was my final full evening in Vegas I made this my "big meal" of the trip. I had the Golden Triangles for the appetizer which tasted great though a little expensive for what you get. The Mongolian Beef was the best I've had anywhere... including China Town in San Fran. I asked for a recommendation from the waitress for dessert and she recommended a Creme Brulee sampler which had 3 flavors which were all excellent. I would highly recommend this place and plan on going back on my next visit.

My girlfriend and I finally tries Ah Sin after hearing about it. The golden triangles were our favorite appetizer. Some fo the servers spok french, which was fun as I had just returned from France and can speak the language. We were staying at the Paris, so often we would go to Ah Sin just for a glass of chardonnay and some goldent riangles!

I go to Vegas once a year with my girlfriends and we normally stay at the Paris
so location is great for us, as is the food. It is one of our few MUSTS when we go to Vegas.
Food is VERY good, as is the service and prices are certainly reasonable, especially considering you're in Vegas where the food seems to be either very
inexpensive (and not worth eating) or very expensive. Love this restaurant!
5/4/05 Just got back from my yearly trip to Vegas and had to return to Ah Sin for dinner. Once again, the food was wonderful, service was not quite as attentive as usual but still satisfactory. They did not present warm towels for your hands as they used to prior to your meal but once again, we had a wonderful meal. Ordered soup for the first time - be advised - if there are just 2 or 3 people dining, only order one soup - it's huge and very good!

Well prepared sushi, artfully done and fresh. No pre-sliced fish. Friendly sushi chefs, personable servers. The portions are large and the service is reasonably fast without rushing diners. Highly recommended.
