Fix is a fairly trendy restaurant, and its sleek modern styling is what I guess passes for hip nowadays. Since I was solo, I decided to eat at the bar where I could watch the Spurs/Dallas game. The waitresses and bartenders are quite attractive and wear revealing uniforms. The waitresses and hostesses were in small, black cocktail dresses; and the bartenders in a corset-type thing and pants.

I ordered the mixed green salad to start, followed by the Kobe Beef sliders. The salad was fine, though a tad overpriced at $12. The Kobe Beef sliders ($23) were excellent and perfectly cooked - good beefy taste. There were three sliders topped with cheddar cheese and jalapeno pepper. They came with a cone of pomme frites. For dessert, I went with their trio of warm doughnuts ($8). The doughnuts were presented on a little Lucite spit with two dipping sauces - chocolate and peanut butter. The three doughnuts were crusted with sugar and had a filling of pureed banana. They were quite good, though with the sugar crust, the dipping sauces were a bit of overkill. I didn't care too much for the peanut butter sauce.

This has become my favorite Las Vegas restaurant. The Kobe steaks that they have served me on each visit have been the best steaks of my life. The oysters were fresh, perfectly shucked and cleaned, and served ice cold. They have an appetizer called something like "6 forks," which is truly amazing; it's 6 shrimp forks arranged artistically in a small rack. Each fork has a perfect piece of sashimi with a topping. Fantastic! The atmosphere is trendy, but noisy, so I suspect that older diners would be uncomfortable. Sevice at the dining tables is good, though a couple of the cocktail waitresses have been slow and indifferent. Overall, it's a great, but very pricey restaurant.

Had price fix menu at $40 per person. prime rib with a great salad and a very good desert. added wine and coffee and bill came to $105 plus tip for two. not expensive by Bellagio standards.

Terrible service, good food. Worst dining experience ever in Vegas. Do Not Eat Here!

This is not the place for a quite meal which is ok if you want to watch
the crowd and the bar scene with dinner...The food was`fantastic as was
the service and the manager was especually friendly

I found the service remarkable and the food to be of an exceptional standard. Cant wait to go again!

Our first visit to this new restaurant and it was excellent. A very classy place with a nice atmosphere. Service was excellent and the food was great. We missed out on the pre-theatre menu which I am sure is very good too. Thia is the place to be seen I think and it is very friendly and relaxed. Recommended!
