we began with appetizers- ahi tuna and rock shrimp. Both the presentation and flavor were spectacular. Ahi tuna is one of my favorite appetizers and this was probably the most delicious I have ever tried.

There were four people in our party and each of us got two specialty sushi rolls and shared. I had the crazy mad dragon and the hot dang. both were excellent choices. The presentation was beautiful for the meal as well.

If you want a drink with your meal, I highly recommend the Sake Sangria. It was very fruity and fresh but not sickeningly sweet.

The food price is what I expected from a restaurant on the Las Vegas strip, the rolls being between $13 and $17 dollars. When we checked in on foursquare the waiter very graciously took half off 4 of our 8 specialty rolls.

It was a delicious meal and the atmosphere was nice, not over-crowed and loud like some other places I ate in Las Vegas. I will definitely return!

Rice and Company was amazing and well above my expectations. Our server had to be the nicest person in the world and probably knew as much about the menu as the chef did. We ordered about 10 sushi rolls between us. Each of the rolls was spectacular. The entire meal was very reasonably priced. The rolls averaged between $8-$17 I believe. The salads we had before the meal were amazing. It was the best I had eaten thus far. I will be back there next time I am in Vegas.
