- Good Meal
Six times in Vegas & our best meal ever! We both had the Filet which was cooked to our specifications perfectly & melted in our mouths. No salt or seasoning...the way I like it. The asparagus was awesome...the biggest stalks we've ever seen & so crisp-tender! Sure it'd pricey but you get what you pay for & we got attentive service & delicious food. Can't wait to go back!!

We had an enjoyable visit to NINE. It started a bit rough with the seating being slightly delayed by inattentive staff. We are very used to dining at high end establishments and the front of the house staff was just a bit off key. The seafood platter was excellent as were the steaks and desserts. The room's noise level is on the high side. We would return but there are so many very, very good restaurants in Las Vegas to try that it may be a while.

Ate at Nine on a Saturday night in March 2005. We were seated immediately and had excellent service. I ordered the Kobe Burger and it was the best hamburger I have ever had. Two others ordered steak and it just melted in your mouth. After dinner one member of our party wanted something special for desert and they made it for us, no problems. Overall it is a little expensive for me, but the food is awesome. Will eat there again.

Dinner at Nine Steak house was not good. I had the truffle chicken. It was greasy and over cooked.
The service was also not the friendliest. When we asked for a table we were rudely told that they were booked for the evening, but we could eat at the bar.
The restaurant was noisy and the so-so food was very over priced.
Overall, I got the impression that the Palms thinks they are too cool and trendy to need to offer something like good food or polite service.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary there and the food was delicious. I had lamb chops that just melted in your mouth and my husband had a steak which he said you could cut with your fork. It was not priced any different then a good steakhouse at home. Excellent food...

We probably should not complain because our meal was comped, but talk about bad!
The service was very good but the food was so over seasoned I felt sick the entire evening after we left. We started with the mussels which were very good except for the heavy garlic. I had a filet mignon that was so over salted I had no idea what the meat tasted like. Even the side dishes were so salty and garlicy that we had to send several back. All in all if your looking for a great steak dinner there are many others that blow this place away !!!
