Way overpriced

I will start with a positive. This place had the most top notch service that I have seen in any establishment any where in the world. Every employee went above and beyond to make sure that our every wish was full-filled. The personal attention was in no way lacking, although I will say that we ate at 6:15 PM to accomodate our 9:00 PM show time.

I understand that the seafood is flow in from Italy five days a week. However, no one in our party of six was impressed with their meal. The food was not bad, but for the money, this was a very poor value. I can't fault Mr. Wynn for the service, but the food was very lacking; which is especially disturbing given the cost.

food was marginal. the ambiance is beautiful outside by the pond. service was fantastic. the only dish that stood out was the beef tartar.

The room is just gorgeous with its own lake. The service is great but the meal is just okay with very small portions. I will probably try another restaurant on my next visit.

We ate at Bartolotta on 6/15/06. Physically very impressive, and a reasonably diverse menu. The service was attentive, but a little haughty and pushy, we thought. While our entrees were very good indeed, we thought they were somewhat overpriced (especially my wife's pasta with some seafood at $50). Though we liked it, we're not entirely sure we'll be back, at least not before trying other Wynn restaurants.

This restaurant is beautiful and the menu items are quite interesting. My husband had the meat ravioli which was amazing. I had the pasta and shrimp, which was excellent. I found the food a bit salty for my taste, but my husband found it just right. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. We'll be back.

Many problems here. Reservation was made to meet show at Wynn deadline.
They seated us 30 min.late, told them we we needed to be served quickly.
Service was very slow, many requests went unheeded. 1.5 hrs was still not enough with these slow pokes. No time for dessert. Not just our waiter, the whole crew did not seem to care.
Food was OK, but very small portions and high priced.

Best meal in 4 day trip. Only sorry that it was lunch on the day we left so we couldn't return. Had the sheep's milk cheese ravioli--superb. Friend had the prawn pasta--also excellent. Salads were great. Would like to enjoy dinner with appitizers and desserts. Bring your wallet, but it is worth it. (Won $600 at Wynn LV afterwards so it was not so costly)

This may well be the most exciting new restaurant in Las Vegas. All of the seafood is flown in via FedEx from Italy and France. The crustaceans are still alive; the fish extremely fresh. The sheep's milk Ricotta Ravolli dreamily melt in the mouth. The octopus is tender and flavorful. The langoustines are the real deal. If you have never had them, this is the ultimate "shrimp" or baby lobster. Amazingly sweet in a natural sea way. Whole fish are cooked and plated tableside. I must say that my meal here was better than anything I had in 3 weeks traveling in Italy this year (and I hit the top culinary spots). If you really understand what real Italian food is about (or if you are willing to find out), you will love Paul Bartolotta's beautiful new gem on the water at the Wynn.
