The room is just gorgeous with its own lake. The service is great but the meal is just okay with very small portions. I will probably try another restaurant on my next visit.

We ate at Bartolotta on 6/15/06. Physically very impressive, and a reasonably diverse menu. The service was attentive, but a little haughty and pushy, we thought. While our entrees were very good indeed, we thought they were somewhat overpriced (especially my wife's pasta with some seafood at $50). Though we liked it, we're not entirely sure we'll be back, at least not before trying other Wynn restaurants.

This restaurant is beautiful and the menu items are quite interesting. My husband had the meat ravioli which was amazing. I had the pasta and shrimp, which was excellent. I found the food a bit salty for my taste, but my husband found it just right. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. We'll be back.

Many problems here. Reservation was made to meet show at Wynn deadline.
They seated us 30 min.late, told them we we needed to be served quickly.
Service was very slow, many requests went unheeded. 1.5 hrs was still not enough with these slow pokes. No time for dessert. Not just our waiter, the whole crew did not seem to care.
Food was OK, but very small portions and high priced.

Best meal in 4 day trip. Only sorry that it was lunch on the day we left so we couldn't return. Had the sheep's milk cheese ravioli--superb. Friend had the prawn pasta--also excellent. Salads were great. Would like to enjoy dinner with appitizers and desserts. Bring your wallet, but it is worth it. (Won $600 at Wynn LV afterwards so it was not so costly)

This may well be the most exciting new restaurant in Las Vegas. All of the seafood is flown in via FedEx from Italy and France. The crustaceans are still alive; the fish extremely fresh. The sheep's milk Ricotta Ravolli dreamily melt in the mouth. The octopus is tender and flavorful. The langoustines are the real deal. If you have never had them, this is the ultimate "shrimp" or baby lobster. Amazingly sweet in a natural sea way. Whole fish are cooked and plated tableside. I must say that my meal here was better than anything I had in 3 weeks traveling in Italy this year (and I hit the top culinary spots). If you really understand what real Italian food is about (or if you are willing to find out), you will love Paul Bartolotta's beautiful new gem on the water at the Wynn.

This place was disappointing. The food was average. The atmosphere was average though probably too pretentious. Who was the rocket scientist that put the large spiral staircase in the restaurant? To make customers walk down this marble staircase is an invitation to an insurance claim. Also, displaying ugly fish to customers is no way to entice a sale. Having seen dark, smelly fish on trays parade around the place.....give me the pasta. For some great Bartolotta restaurants, come to Milwaukee.

Very average restaurant, a wanna-be Olives Restautant at Bellagio, but not as imaginative nor the meal as satisfying. The service was very good though. Definitely not worth the price. We were comped this meal and the bill came out to $100 for two for lunch and we tipped $20. I wasn't even sure if it was even worth the $20 that came out my pocket.

What a beautiful restaurant. And the service was top notch. My husband and I had lunch at Bartolotta and it was worth every penny! Can't wait to come back again but for dinner this time.
